H-Beam Assembly Machine

Use Mitsubishi AC converter and fine quality converter motor,which extended the modulation range of assembling speed and let the previous speed of 5m/min to be increased to 10m/min,the efficiency of assembling is greatly promoted. Change the manual positioning to automatic aligning positioning for assembling ,use fine quality hydraulic system.It is applicable to read positioning values directly from the counter and makes the positioning more precise and improved working efficiency and decreses labor strength. The input roller uses hydraulic clamping ,which makes aligning more easier and convenient,and free from manual clamping makes handing job mechanized,not only safe but also convenient. The setting of various parameters ,such as welding speed ,assembling speed,welding intervals ,assembling time and etc convenient and lowers the extent of operation difficulty,and make each worker be proficient to handle with.
